These Terms of Sale govern your purchases on our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Acceptance & Payment

  • All orders are subject to product availability and approval.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash on delivery (COD).
  • Prices are in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or USD (as specified) and include VAT if applicable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary based on location (Beirut, other Lebanese regions, or international).
  • Shipping fees depend on the delivery method and location.
  • Risk of loss/damage transfers to you upon delivery.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political unrest, strikes) are not our responsibility.

3. Returns & Refunds (Consumer Protection Law in Lebanon)

  • You may return unused, unopened products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Defective/damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement/refund.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. Contact us immediately.
  • Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible (subject to courier policies).

5. Product Descriptions & Pricing

  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that colors, sizes, or descriptions match exactly due to screen differences.
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored.

6. Liability Limitations

  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits) arising from product use.
  • Our liability is limited to the order value.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., political instability, internet outages, natural disasters).
